Christmas with the KID of GONDOLAYU. (kali Code Yogya)
Under the GONDOLAYU bridge live a lot of families who are very poor.
Their parents are parking guards, beggars, mechanics or street hawkers.
They can hardly send their children to school anymore.
Erita and Friends organized a Christmas event to make the children happy.

The annual KLM benefit evening for Flowgi
For the fifth time the KLM-relations were treated with a buffet, arranged
by firma Sineth. Just like the previous years there was also attention for the
projects of ‘Flowgi’ this evening.
The donation will be specified for the project ‘Back to school’ 2007.

A visit of Ruby and Martin to Petak-Bali
For everybody it was their first time on Bali. We were with 14 persons,
including 5 children between the ages of 11 and 18 years old. The two youngest of them, Vincent and little Patrick, had chosen their nicest little cars and put them in a bag especially for the children at the schools.

A visit of Amis and Michael from Holland to Yogya

I met Ami and Mike on Tuesday August 8,2006. A week before they came
toYogya, Fai asked me to be such kind of an interpreter since Retno was busy with
her practicum at senior high school. This is the 1st time for me to join Flowgi
although I had heard about Flowgi a year before.
I was exciting to be “flowgies” he..he. I got many experiences in
5 days with Ami and Mike.

Flowgi helped the earthquake victims in Bantul, Yogya.
There have been 6,234 deaths, while 36,299 people have been injured, 135,000 houses damaged, and an estimated 1.5 million left homeless. 3,580 of those deaths and more than 1,892 injuries occurred in the area of Bantul, while 1,668 others died in Klaten district. Around five million people live within 50 km of the epicentre
